TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR @Houses INSTAGRAM PROFILE MARKETING CLIENTS

@Houses is operated by Grambutler Marketing & it's team of operators. It is your responsibility to thoroughly read our Terms of Use and check for updates before using any services provided by Grambutler. By signing up and using Grambutler, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and agree to abide by them.
No Affiliation with Instagram
Grambutler is not affiliated with Instagram, Facebook, or any Instagram third-party partners in any way.
Grambutler is not endorsed or certified by Instagram. All Instagram™ logos and trademarks displayed on our application are property of Instagram.
Compliance with Instagram Rules
It is your sole responsibility to comply with Instagram’s rules and any legislation you are subject to.
You use Grambutler’s services at your own risk.
We are not responsible if your Instagram account is blocked, banned, or deleted for any reason.
Account Credentials & Third-Party Software
We may require your Instagram username and password to obtain the information needed for our services, including (but not limited to) the use of third-party software.
Account credentials are also required if we provide account management services.
Growth and Engagement
The expected amount of followers, likes, and comments gained through our consulting services is not guaranteed in any way; results vary and are affected by factors beyond our control, such as the quality of your content and posting consistency.
We drive real user attention to your feed, but we cannot protect you from spam, fake, or inactive followers. You are solely responsible for removing or blocking any unwanted followers.
Content Suitability
We cannot guarantee that the photos liked or accounts followed by your account will always be appropriate or within your personal or brand guidelines (e.g., images containing nudity under hashtags like #fashion #food #fitness).
We are not liable for any such content or its consequences.
Service Availability
We cannot guarantee the continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free operation of Grambutler’s services since they operate on Instagram’s platform.
We do not take responsibility for any platform-related issues caused by Instagram.
Monthly Subscription & Payments
By purchasing our monthly subscription service, you understand and agree to the service terms and will not file a fraudulent dispute through any payment processor (e.g., PayPal, Stripe).
Your recurring payment automatically renews monthly for the same amount unless stated otherwise in writing by Grambutler Marketing Inc.
If you fail to cancel or notify us of your intent to cancel, payments will continue to be processed monthly.
Should a fraudulent dispute arise, we reserve the right to terminate your account and permanently ban your IP address.
If you fail to respond to us within 1 week regarding a dispute, you forfeit any chance of a refund for that month and previous months; instead, those funds may be applied as “time” for services rendered.
Payment Schedule
Monthly payment is due on the first day of service unless otherwise stated in writing.
If you do not pay on the first day of service, Grambutler Marketing Inc. reserves the right to terminate all services and end any agreement at any point in the month due to late payment.
Refunds & Cancellations
We do not offer refunds once an invoice is paid for a one-month subscription.
You may cancel your service at any time, but we will not issue a refund for any invoices already paid unless there is a clear mistake.
If you sign up during a high-traffic period, it may take up to 3 days to set up your account.
If payment is not made on the due date each month, you will be removed from our services starting from the day your subscription began.
Service Modification
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw all or any part of our services or their content at any time without notice and without incurring any liability.
It is your responsibility to cancel your membership if you no longer wish to use our services.
Prohibited Activities & Ban Policy
Grambutler does not tolerate spam or unethical activity. We reserve the right to ban you from using our consulting services if any inappropriate or unlawful activity is detected.
You agree not to use any additional Instagram growth services simultaneously while subscribed to Grambutler, as excessive activity can lead to a temporary or permanent block on your Instagram account.
No Guarantees & Liability Limitations
We are not responsible for any damages (financial or otherwise) you or your business may suffer from using Instagram.
Grambutler offers no expressed or implied guarantees for any services provided.
Since Grambutler relies on the Internet to deliver services, we cannot guarantee uptime or availability of our website.
Use of Third-Party Applications & Information
Grambutler may use third-party platforms (including Instagram’s) to provide account statistics and information. We are not liable for the accuracy of any data from these third parties.
We use third-party applications such as Email and WhatsApp for communication. We are not responsible for any malfunction, delay, or disruption of these services.
Content Rights and Usage
By sending content (images, videos, captions, etc.) to Grambutler for use with @Houses Instagram profile marketing or any related campaigns, you grant Grambutler Marketing Inc. the irrevocable, worldwide, and royalty-free right to use, modify, reproduce, distribute, and display this content for any marketing or sales purposes on Instagram or any other channel or platform utilized by Grambutler.
You warrant and represent that you own or have the necessary permissions to share such content and that it does not infringe any third party’s intellectual property rights.
Refund Policy on Non-Tangible Goods
Since Grambutler provides non-tangible, irrevocable goods/services, we do not issue refunds once an order is completed.
We will consider refund requests under the following conditions:
Product Not as Described: Issues should be reported to our support department within 3 days of purchase. Clear evidence must be provided that the delivered product or service is not as described on our website. Complaints based on false expectations or assumptions will not be honored.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.
It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically for any updates or changes. Your continued use of our services following the posting of any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

By using Grambutler’s services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions stated above. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
